We recently completed a major renovation of an old two-storey house in Balgowlah Heights, which involved removing the top floor and extensively renovating the ground floor. The project included building a new second storey that maximises natural light and enhances the home’s modern appeal with a Hamptons design.
We added a luxurious new pool and an inviting outdoor entertaining area, perfect for gatherings, while upgrading the landscaping to complement these features. Additionally, a stylish carport was constructed, blending seamlessly with the home’s aesthetic, resulting in a transformed space that perfectly balances functionality and contemporary coastal charm for a lovely young family.
