The owners of this semi-original red brick home in the highly sought-after Curl Curl enclave had outgrown their space. The property was looking tired, and the floorplan just didn’t work for a modern, growing family. On the lower level, there was a kitchen, a living area, a main bathroom, and three bedrooms, with the master suite awkwardly tacked onto the back during a minor renovation decades ago.
The first stage of our renovation involved removing all the asbestos. We worked closely with our trusted asbestos removal contractors, who regularly assist us on the Northern Beaches. This careful coordination ensured a safe start to the project and allowed us to dive into the exciting transformation of this cherished family home.
