North Sydney Project

On this North Sydney terrace renovation project, the client wanted to maximize the internal space and create an unencumbered flow from the front door to the back terrace. Originally, a long hallway ran down the side of the terrace, splitting it in half, with walls dividing the remaining space into small, separate rooms.

Working with an internal space that was more triangular than square presented unique challenges. The front boundary of the property was wider than the back, which meant the internal layout tapered toward the rear. We had to navigate a lot of angles, but having years of experience in the Eastern Suburbs and Paddington—where such shapes are common—helped us tackle these complexities with confidence.

The clients had lived in the property for many years, and it was their dream to gut and renovate their home. The finished result was spectacular, and needless to say, the clients were ecstatic—so were we!
